Time flies and leads me to my Birthday and a beautiful Wedding

The last two weeks have run away with me!
I (apparently) failed my own - laughable - Day Snap thing. Never mind!
So that's July 2013 - done and dusted. Where is this year going?!

August has kicked off to a brilliant start - if I may say so myself!
I turned 20 - yay! Feeling old now seeing as I'm no longer a teenager. It's a whole new chapter of my life, and I'm only 2 days in.

The last couple of weeks has consisted of many emotions, a huge bucket load of realisation, and far too much work with so little sleep.
We're embarking on August and loving life! (That's me and Kris - we)

So my birthday - I can't do a blog after all this time and NOT mention my only day of the year!
It started off a sad day. A few days prior to my birthday, I had a phone call from my mum, telling me that my Great Aunt-Miry had sadly passed away.
We shared the same birthday, which I'll never forget. I used to visit her a lot when I was younger, so it's a great loss in the family.
The wonderful lady that was my Mums Aunt, was the last of her generation in the family.
So many many prayers and thoughts to her closer family at this sad time.

Other than that, my day was amazingly fabulous!!
I shared it with one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to yet.

My beautiful friend Pip married her fella Jamie. And what a gorgeous couple they made.

Once they had jet (car) setted off to their Wedding Breakfast, Kris and I took a trip down to a little Mexican restaurant by the sea with friends and family to celebrate my birthday.

As I'm sure you can tell, it wasn't the most "normal" of social events. But it was a heck of a lot of fun!
We had quite a while of time left over between the meal and the Wedding Reception. So we decided to take a walk on the beach - which lasted 5 minutes as I couldn't hold my dress down much longer from the wind.

Then it was off to the Reception!

It was such a wonderful day in all.
A beautiful wedding. And a very Happy Birthday!

Now onto work for another two weeks and a week away with my Husband and the in-laws to Cornwall.
Can not wait.
