Yesterday was HOT!
I figured, seeing as Kris and I didn't get round to going out on our bikes, and the weather is still shining down, why not get my Mum and Dad on board today!
Funnily enough - they accepted!
The plan was to ride from my house to Wye. A gorgeous little countryside village.
We got most of the way, had a picnic on a verge and decided to head back - but the long way back.
I haven't been on a bike for probably about 4 years? How I managed this trek I have no idea!
But the sightseeing and company were well worth it.
We stopped off by this church, which by the way had shade!! The most appealing thing when biking in the searing heat.
The seats by this church - I think - were made for travellers such as us.
The ride itself - extremely testing and tiring. So glad my parents joined me!
